Biography

Dr. Rajinder Kumar Dhall has received Ph.D in vegetable crops from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, India and Post-Doc from University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA. He is currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Vegetable Science, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, India. Dr. Dhall has more than 13 years of experience in research, teaching and extension. His present research goals are breeding for development of improved varieties hybrids in Cucumber and Garden Pea. He has developed 2 varieties of Garden Pea, 1 of Garlic and 1 of Chinese Cabbage. He has published more than 60 research articles in journals of national and international repute, 10 book chapters, 105 extension articles, 1 book, 2 handbooks, 3 manuals, 13 papers in booklets of advance trainings and presented 42 research papers at various national and international conferences symposia.
